Schüssler Salts

Dr. Schüssler salts, discovered by WH Schüssler, are a treatment protocol aimed at regulating the basic biochemical structure of the body.

This treatment method includes biochemical effects in the matter dimension, biophysical effects in the energy dimension, and bio-cybernetic effects in the information dimension.

It has been stated that mineral deficiencies can be detected by facial diagnosis.

This technique evaluates mineral deficiencies with 24 different facial signs. Facial diagnosis can be conducted at any age to help identify mineral deficiencies.

This method should be performed under natural light in a room with colorless window glass, with the face in its natural state, free of make-up or care products.

By determining mineral deficiencies, appropriate doses of mineral salts are given to patients, and it is recommended to use them for 1.5 - 6 months to be effective.

Changes in the face due to mineral deficiency may regress, and the symptoms of these mineral deficiencies may improve.

Schüssler salts regulate the cells, create building materials for the renewal of cells, regulate the biochemical function of the cell, and have a detox effect. He used 11 of the 12 salts he discovered.

1. Calcium Phosphoratum:
This tissue salt is responsible for the flexibility of our body, from the cells in our body to the elasticity of our veins and blood within the veins. It affects morbid formations in bones, teeth, epidermis, and elastic fibers.

2. Calcium Phosphoricum:
This tissue salt is crucial for protein synthesis and promotes cell growth, creating the basic functions of new tissues. It strengthens weak and growing tissues.

3. Ferrum Phosphoricum:
This salt is essential for all metabolic functions that require energy and oxygen. It helps with redness, increased temperature, swelling, and pain, which are classic indicators of inflammation.

4. Kalium Chloratum:
This salt is related to the hormonal and glandular system. It aids in toxin elimination and detox and helps regulate the dynamic flow systems in the body.

5. Kalium Phosphoricum:
This salt is essential for the nervous system and aids in the formation and nutrition of brain and nerve cells, helping to eliminate problems related to the brain and nervous system.

6. Kalium Sulphuricum:
Responsible for the transfer of oxygen in the blood into the cell, this tissue salt is involved in the formation of the epidermis and endothelium, ensuring cell membrane stability.

7. Magnesium Phosphoricum:
Regulates the autonomic and central nervous systems by calming them. It is the tissue salt that is consumed the most by all organ systems in the body.

8. Natrium Chloratum:
Responsible for distributing water equally throughout the body, this tissue salt determines the amount of water needed by the cells and regenerates the fluid within the cell.

9. Natrium Phosphoricum:
Needed for fat and carbohydrate metabolism, plays an important role in establishing acid-base balance in the body.

10. Natrium Sulphuricum:
Regulates the osmotic balance of the tissues and is responsible for removing excess water accumulated in the tissues as a result of the elimination mechanism.

11. Silicea:
This tissue salt forms connective tissue cells and plays a role in the formation of various tissues such as nerve, skin, gland, bone tissues, and elastic fibers of the respiratory and vascular system.
